"Join Lauren and Yoke Fitness as they take their #cleave class on the road!
At Yoke we call our version of barre, "Cleave" and we'll feel the burn and shake together at Como Lakeside Pavilion. This donation-based, 45-minute class will give participants of all ages and experience levels the chance to work their entire body while nurturing joints. We'll use the railings as our barre, and body weight resistance to work arms, legs and core muscles.
Bring your own mat, water, sunglasses, and a friend since class is always more fun with a friend. Class will meet rain or shine as we're protected underneath the pavilion rooftop. Dress in comfortable clothing that allows you to move and stay warm or cool depending on the weather.
Donations can be made in person, or online. Registration is not required but helpful if making a credit card donation."
