Join us for the 16th annual Heart & Sole Run / Walk at Como Lake in Saint Paul, MN on Saturday, September 15th, 2018. All proceeds benefit Camp Odayin and are used to send superstar kids with heart disease to camp! The event is fun for the whole family and includes the kid’s corner, bouncy house, photo booth, a raffle drawing, and snacks. Prizes awarded to top runners and all pre-registered participants get an event shirt!
Entry Fees
Adults (ages 13 and up) – $30
Youth (ages 6 to 12) – $20
Camp Odayin campers – $15
Day-of registration – Adult – $35 / Youth – $25 / Camper – $20
Ages 5 and under – Free
Paid registrations (ages 6+) received by September 1st will receive a Heart & Sole long sleeved t-shirt. Registration will be available on the morning of the event, but only registrations received by September 1st will receive a t-shirt.
Schedule
8:30 to 9:00 AM – Participant check in. Inflatable bounce house, kids corner hosted by New Horizon Academy and photo booth.
9:00 AM – Program emceed by Sven Sundgaard of KARE 11 with camper stories, camp songs, warm-ups. This is where the big fun starts!
9:30 AM – The race begins. Runners complete a 5K and walkers complete a 2.5K.
After the race, join fellow participants for snacks in the Como Lake Pavilion. All participants are automatically entered into a fabulous raffle. Prizes will be awarded to first place adult (age 13+) male and female runners and first, second and third place youth (ages 6-12) runners.
