Julian Manzara Quartet

Modern and Classic Jazz Bio: Julian Manzara Quartet plays a variety of original songs and jazz standards, including both vocal and instrumental pieces. Concerts include classic and modern jazz and there is something for everyone to enjoy. The group has been featured in the Twin Cities Jazz Festival and highlighted by the Star Tribune.

Julian Manzara aims to express love and respect for all living things coupled with an immense gratitude to exist in the present moment. He is a guitarist, vocalist, composer, and teacher based in Minneapolis, MN. Julian attended Berklee College of Music before leaving to tour throughout the United States and Europe. Julian finished his music studies at McNally Smith College of Music where he earned a Bachelor's of Music in Guitar Performance. He regularly presents solo, duo, trio, and quartet concerts in addition to performing with improvising hard rock band Yesterdawn. He has been featured twice in the Twin Cities Jazz Festival, highlighted by the Star Tribune, and is a member of The Cedar Cultural Center's Artist Collective.
